How does the Bonus Club work?

• Registration: To join the Bonus Club, you must first register. Once registered, you will be automatically enrolled in the "Green Membership" level:
  • Online store registration: Registration is completed online, and the customer is immediately entered into the system.
  • In-store registration: The customer fills out a registration card, which is then sent to the head office for processing (this may take longer).
• Discount levels based on total spending in the physical store or online shop:
  • Green Membership: 0 – 2.499 CZK — 0 % discount
  • Silver Membership: 2.500 – 9.999 CZK — 2 % discount
  • Gold Membership: 10.000 – 29.999 CZK — 4 % discount
  • Platinum Membership: 30.000 CZK and above — 6 % discount
• Automatic discount application: The discount corresponding to your current membership level is automatically applied to product prices during your purchase
• Advancing to a higher category: Once you reach the next level, the new discount rate becomes active with your next purchase
• One-year period to maintain your category: From the day you advance to a higher level, a one-year period begins during which you must maintain your status. If you do not meet the required spending, you will be automatically reassigned to the level corresponding to your purchases over the past year (not the calendar year)
• Discount combination:
  • The 5% holiday discount (discount code) is combined
  • The clearance/sale discount is combined
  • The discount is combined if products in one category are discounted
  • Cannot be combined with multiple promotions (e.g. Black Friday, OXALIS Days, ...)
• 10% discount on your first purchase: can be applied only on the e-shop
• Notification of an approaching deadline: 90 days before your one-year period expires, we will automatically send you an email reminder along with information on how much more you need to spend to keep your current discount level
