Whistleblowing Policy

Our company accepts reports under the Whistleblower Protection Act. Below you will find all reporting channels along with a description of how to file and track a report. Only the appropriate person can see the report you file. No one else has access to the reports.

• Notification methods

According to the law, we allow notifications to be sent through all mandatory channels, in writing, orally and in person.

In writing

Orally

On the phone number +420 800 050 856. After dialing, you will be prompted to enter the code: 386434510 and confirm it with the grid. You can then record a voice recording, which you can send again by pressing the grid. You will then receive instructions in the SMS where you can further monitor your notification and communicate with the Relevant Person.

Exclusion

The obliged entity excludes the acceptance of a report from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obliged entity pursuant to Section 2, Paragraph 3, Letter a), b), h) or i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Privacy Policy

The relevant person is obliged to keep records of data on notifications received in electronic form, to the extent of:

• date of receipt of the notification,


• the name, surname, date of birth and contact address of the whistleblower, or other information from which the identity of the whistleblower can be inferred, if this information is known,


• a summary of the content of the notification and the identification of the person against whom the notification was directed, if the identity is known,


• the date of completion of the assessment of the validity of the notification by the relevant person or authorized employee and their outcome.

The competent person is obliged to keep, in accordance with the requirements of the law, notifications submitted through the internal reporting system and documents related to the notification for a period of 5 years from the date of receipt of the notification. In the case of notifications submitted through the internal reporting system, only the competent person has access to the records pursuant to this Article and to the documents related to the notification and to the notifications stored.

The relevant person does not provide anyone, including the obliged entity (organization), with personal data collected in the course of its activities, and the obliged entity does not process such personal data. Exceptions may only be provided for by law.

The sole data controller is the Data Subject and the reporting party thus retains the rights of access to personal data concerning the data subject, their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
