This herb has been valued for centuries for its delicate aroma and lightly herbal, pleasantly mellow flavour, which has earned it popularity across the Balkans and throughout Europe. Ancient shepherds used to brew it when spending long days high in the mountains – which is why it is sometimes called "shepherd’s tea". In folk beliefs, the plant was regarded as a gift of the mountains, a symbol of strength and purity.Thanks to organic farming, mountain tea retains its natural purity, vibrant freshness and full herbal aroma. Pour boiling water over the herb at a ratio of 1.5 g (1 heaped tsp) to 250 ml of water. Infuse for 5-10 minutes, then strain. The tea can be used daily according to the instructions for use, intended for children from 3 years and adults.
