Description
The Borpatra tea region is located at the foothills of the Tirap district in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. Tea has been grown in this area since the mid-19th century. Ideal natural conditions and the highest quality tea plants give the teas from this region vibrancy and uniqueness. The short, black leaves with occasional tips produce a rich, brown-orange infusion when brewed. Both in aroma and taste, noble bitter chocolate and mandarin are present.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
