Description
Sencha from Kagoshima Prefecture. The abundant rainfall and very suitable climate provide the best conditions for growing tea in this area. Much of the land has been covered with a layer of volcanic ash known as "shirasu". This ash helps produce soil that is exceptionally rich in minerals. The green tea leaves, when steeped, produce a light green infusion, in the aroma and taste of which you will discover young peas complemented by a milky note.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 even tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
