Coffee Dripper - ceramic coffee holder

The ceramic coffee holder (coffee dripper) is designed so that the walls of the dripper form an angle of 60°. The walls are equipped with notches that help to drain the drink into the lower part of the dripper and further into the cup. Suitable for washing in the dishwasher.

The preparation is very similar to preparing coffee in a chemex or classic filtered coffee. The coarseness of the coffee corresponds to the coarseness of granulated sugar. The dosage of coffee is approximately 30 g per 450 ml of water. First, insert a paper filter into the holder and rinse it with water. Then place the coffee holder on a mug or teapot and pour in the ground coffee. Pour a small amount of water (approximately 30 ml) at a temperature of 92 - 93 °C over the coffee so that it pre-steams (it starts to bubble slightly), wait 30 seconds and then gradually add the rest of the hot water.
