Description
This premium coffee comes from the Santa Cristina farm, run with care and passion by Ana and Rene Hernandez. The farm is located in the El Balsamo Qetzaltepeq mountain range, in the area around the San Salvador volcano, at an altitude of approximately 1,150 m above sea level. The coffee is a blend of Bourbon, Pacas and Sarchimor varieties, which undergo the Orange Honey processing method - which highlights their natural sweetness and delicate fruity notes. The aroma and taste combine sweet nuts, juicy apple and fine cocoa. The coffee has a sweet acidity and a creamy body that creates a perfectly balanced and smooth experience with every sip.
Preparation
Select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
