India Darjeeling Chamling FTGFOP1, 50 g

Chamling Garden, also known as Sepoydhoorah, was established in 1870. It is located at an altitude of about 1,800 meters on the southern slopes near the picturesque town of Kurseong. The garden boasts a very clean environment that provides a home to many rare plant and animal species. When steeped, the tea leaves create a deep yellow infusion with a distinctive aroma and taste of mirabelle and cinchona. The taste also reveals subtle herbal notes that perfectly complement the fruity freshness and softness of this tea.

Use 10 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water. Bring the water to the boil, then leave to cool to 85°C. Infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
