The coffee beans ferment without access to air together with selected ingredients, allowing their flavors and aromas to be transferred directly into the beans, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile. This proven Indonesian coffee with a subtly mysterious floral character will delight not only fans of modern coffee trends, but also those who enjoy discovering new flavors.
Preparation
Adjust the grind size according to the chosen method of coffee preparation. Use 7 g of ground coffee per 100 ml of water at a temperature of 93-94°C.
