A Korean tea from Jeju Island, for the production of which larger leaves are collected later than for the production of the most expensive teas (Sejak and Woojeon). The fresh green leaves create a clear green-yellow infusion with a hint of melon and cream after steeping.
Preparation
Use 12 g of the tea (approx. 7 even tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3 infusions.
