Description
Green Mint is a unique blend of steamed green tea from the Satemwa estate and mint sourced from the local growers' association Msuwadzi. Satemwa aims to guide small farmers towards diversifying their income and growing more crops. The combination of dark green long tea leaves with mint leaves results in a light yellow infusion. Both the taste and aroma are mint-raspberry.
Preparation
Use 12 g of the tea (approx. 7 even tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3 infusions.
Composition
Loose leaf green tea, mint leaves (4%).
