Description
It comes from tea plantations in Shizuoka and Kagoshima prefectures. It is suitable as an ingredient in cooking, baking, preparing cocktails or smoothies, mainly due to its more pronounced taste, which also stands out against other ingredients. Young barley dominates the aroma and taste. You can also distinguish umami in the taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Preparation
Tip the contents of the sachet (1.5 g) into a bowl, pour over 200 ml of water at the maximum temperature of 80°C and mix thoroughly (preferably with a bamboo whisk) until smooth and frothy.
