Preparation
Place 2 pinches of tea using a bamboo spoon (approximately ½ teaspoon) in a bowl, pour 200 ml of water with a temperature of max. 80°C, stir carefully using a bamboo whisk until the infusion is smooth and foamy. Perfect with hot or cold milk. A great addition to desserts, smoothies, yogurts, or pancakes.
