Preparation
Use 10 g of the blend (approx. 5 even tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes. Then strain.
Composition
Raspberry leaves, elderberries, blackberry leaves, strawberry leaves, rose hips, cranberry leaves, heather flowers, flavouring.
