Description
The tea is produced in the Pindaya region from tea trees between 25 and 100 years old at an altitude of around 1200 meters. More than 50% of the population of this region earns their living by growing tea. The mostly rolled leaves are silvery green in color and produce a rich yellow infusion after steeping. The taste is dominated by dried apples and umami with a slight smoky note.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
