In the Czech lands, peppermint has long been one of the classic herbs of traditional herbalism.Peppermint herb offers a bold, fresh and aromatic flavour, ideal for moments when you seek a lively herbal drink full of the fragrance of local nature.
Preparation
Use 2.5 g (approx. 3 heaped tsp) of the herb per 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; then strain. Drink 1-2 times a day.
