Peru SHB Organic, 150 g

In the regions of Chanchamayo and Cuzco, some of the world’s largest quantities of organic coffee are grown. These mountainous areas in the heart of Peru produce beans with a unique character that perfectly reflects the environment in which they are cultivated. The term SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) indicates that the coffee is grown at high altitudes, where the beans mature more slowly, developing a richer flavor and superior quality. Coffees from the Andean highlands are known for their natural, rustic profile, yet they retain the classic traits of Peruvian Arabica – a delicate body, wine-like acidity, and a clean, sweet finish. The beans were carefully processed using the washed method, resulting in a balanced and elegant coffee with a natural harmony of flavours, ideal for those who appreciate both subtlety and richness.

Select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C. Keep in a cool and dry place, in an airtight container. Further instructions for preparation here: www.oxalis.eu/coffee-preparation
