Description
Crafted tea from the innovative Tea Studio factory, which was established in 2018 in the Nilgiri hills. It is located at an altitude of 1850 m amidst picturesque tea gardens. The harvest here is unique - only the bud and one leaf below it. The tea has a yellow-green infusion and elongated, slightly twisted leaves in khaki color. Both in aroma and taste, umami is noticeable, which is then accompanied by a sweet lemon flavor.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 level tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
