Description
Artisanally processed tea from the innovative Tea Studio factory, established in 2018 in the Nilgiri Mountains. It is located at an altitude of 1850 m amidst picturesque tea gardens. Harvesting here is unique – only the bud and the leaf immediately below it are picked. Large leaves ranging from light green to brown create a golden infusion when brewed. In the aroma, you will detect meadow honey and linden. The taste blends young hazelnut with sweet honey and linden.
Preparation
Pour water at 90 °C over the tea using 10 g of tea per 1 litre of water. Steep for 5 minutes. Then strain. Can be infused up to 3 times.
