Anise contributes to digestion and appetite. A balanced herbal blend with a delicately aromatic touch of anise and fennel. Ideal for everyday well-being and pleasant moments during the day. According to current EU legislation, we cannot state the health effects of herbs.
Preparation
Allow 2.5 g (approx. 2 heaped tsp) of the blend for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; strain and serve. Drink 1-2 times a day.
Composition
Peppermint leaves, chamomile flowers, aniseed, fennel seeds, cumin, mallow flowers, marigolds.
