Description
The garden was initially known by the name 'Sidrabong' and was renamed Arya by Buddhist monks in 1885. It is located in the suburbs of the town of Darjeeling at an altitude of 850-1800 m above sea level. The ochre-yellow infusion is produced by pouring water over small green leaves. In both aroma and taste, you can recognize apricot and mirabelle with a herbal finish.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 level teaspoons) per 1 l of water at a temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
