Description
The tea comes from David Tenieshvili's tea garden, the best producer of green tea in Ozurgeti. It is a restored wild garden located in the Guria region and was established in 2017. The predominantly rolled, khaki green leaves produce a light green brew. In both aroma and flavor, young peas and the foam of almond milk are intertwined.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
