Description
This high-quality green tea comes from the Nilgiri mountain range in India, also known as the Blue Mountains. The tea is made from hand-picked and carefully processed buds and only one leaf beneath them. Nilgiri Slender embodies the purity of nature and the precision of traditional processing. The slender, elongated, dark green leaves create a bright brew. In the aroma, you can find delicate grassy notes, with umami in the taste combined with young barley.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea per 1 l of water at the temperature of 90°C. Infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3-4 infusions.
Composition
Zubereitung: Gießen Sie den Tee mit dem Wasser mit Temperatur 90° im Verhältnis 12 g auf 1 liter Wasser auf. Lassen Sie 3 Minuten ziehen. Dann seihen Sie durch. Menge für mehrere Aufgüsse.
