Description
Green tea from the Ilam region, where tea cultivation in Nepal historically began. The tea is grown at an altitude of 915 to 1,830 meters. The lightly curled green leaves complemented by light tips create a light yellow infusion when brewed. The aroma and taste reveal the identity of the tea rose.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 8 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1-2 infusions.
