Description
Korean tea from Jeju Island, for which larger leaves are harvested later than for the production of the most expensive teas (Sejak and Woojeon). The fresh green leaves create a clear green-yellow infusion with hints of melon and cream after brewing.
Preparation
Use 12 g of the tea (approx. 7 even tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3 infusions.
