Description
Green tea has been produced for over 1,700 years in Yunnan Province. An infusion of this example is highly fragrant and has a pleasantly smooth taste. Lightly twisted dark green leaves with numerous silvery tips produce a pale green infusion. Both the aroma and the flavor unfold in a harmonious balance of roasted almonds, fresh grassy notes, and the delicate floral accent of osmanthus.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3 infusions.
