Description
Spring Sencha from the Minamikyushu Eicho area in Kagoshima Prefecture in the south of Kyushu Island. Green needle-like leaves give a greenish-yellow infusion with a milky sweet smell after pouring. The taste is dominated by umami, which in the end is complemented by light tones of ripe peaches.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 7 tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 80°C. Infuse for 1 minute. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
