Description
A green equivalent of the popular earthy Pu-Erh tea from the Yunnan region, ideal for those who like a milder version of this tea classic. Dark, twisted leaves produce a clear yellow infusion. Both the aroma and the flavor combine distinctive woody and gently steamed notes with a pleasant fruity hint of ripe apricots.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2 infusions.
