Description
This high-quality green tea comes from the Nilgiri mountain range in India, also known as the Blue Mountains. For tea production, the bud and only one leaf beneath it are hand-picked and carefully processed. Nilgiri Slender embodies the purity of nature and the precision of traditional processing. The slender, elongated, dark green leaves create a light infusion. In the aroma, you can find subtle grassy notes, while the taste features umami combined with young barley.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea per 1 l of water at the temperature of 90°C. Infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3-4 infusions.
