Description
This high-altitude tea from the roof of the world is stronger than neighboring Darjeeling and contains a large number of golden tips (buds). The short brown-black leaves produce a brown-yellow infusion with an aroma and taste reminiscent of meadow honey.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
