Nepal Kuwapani Spring Bouquet, 250 g

This exceptional black tea comes from the Kuwapani garden, which is located at an altitude of around 1524 meters in the Dhankuta region of eastern Nepal. Thanks to the clean mountain environment, rich soil and fresh mountain air, teas with a distinctly delicate and fresh character are born here. The tea is a perfect example of how Nepalese gardens are increasingly competing with the best Darjeelings - light, elegant, yet full of life. After steeping, a light yellow infusion is formed. In the aroma and taste, you can detect young hazelnut, green barley and a hint of almond milk.

Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 85°C. Use 10g of tea for 1l of water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Strain and serve. Suitable for 3 infusions.
