China Pi Luo Chun Organic, 30 g

Pi Luo Chun, also known as "Emerald Spirals of Spring," represents the pinnacle of traditional Chinese green tea craftsmanship. Thanks to environmentally friendly cultivation and meticulous hand processing, this tea showcases the very best of the spring harvest of Chinese green teas. It is harvested only in early spring, when the leaves are at their most tender and aromatic. The leaves are carefully hand-rolled into their characteristic spiral shape, producing a pale green infusion with a silky-smooth body and a long, sweet finish reminiscent of ripe dates complemented by fresh notes of green apple. Pi Luo Chun is rightfully regarded as one of the jewels of Chinese tea culture.

Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 75-80°C. Use 10g of tea (approx 6 heaped teaspoons) for 1l of water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Strain and serve. Suitable for 3-4 infusions.
