Vietnam Dragon‘s Tail, 250 g

"Dragon's Tail" is a noble white tea from northern Vietnam. It is made from the buds of ancient tea trees of the rare camellia species Camellia taliensis, which grow in the Tay Con Linh Mountains in the depths of Ha Giang Province. The tea trees grow deep in the old forest at an altitude of over 2,000 m, in an area managed by the Ministry of Defense, with a cold climate all year round and no inhabitants in the area. Pickers have to travel a long way to reach the tea trees to hand-pick the buds, whose shape and appearance resemble a dragon's tail. After steeping, a transparent infusion is formed. In the aroma you can discover the sweetness of violets and sakura, and in the taste you will find resin and pine nuts.

Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 90°C. Use 10g of tea for 1l of water. Allow to infuse for 6-8 minutes. Strain and serve. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
