Description
The tea comes from the famous Thurbo Garden, located in the western part of Darjeeling, surrounded by the majestic Himalayas and the Mirik River Valley. Thanks to the unique microclimate, cool nights and foggy mornings, teas with an exceptionally smooth and complex character are created here. Brown leaves with occasional light tips produce an amber-colored infusion after steeping. The aroma and taste feature sweet notes of baked apple complemented by young walnut.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 5 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes, then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
