Description
Traditional black tea from China's Yunnan province, considered the cradle of the tea plant and home to some of the oldest tea trees in the world. An elegant tea with minimal astringency, suitable for all-day drinking. The black tea leaves, with a high proportion of golden tips, produce a light amber infusion. It is distinguished by a delicate honey-like sweetness with notes of malt and cocoa.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3 infusions.
