Description
This revered Chinese green tea is made from the finest buds that grow in the spring, and production of it is limited. The green leaves, boasting numerous white tips, are curled into small spirals. Brewing them creates a light yellow infusion with a breadth of flavours and aromas, ranging from subtle vegetal to fine fruity tones.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 3 heaped tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 3-4 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 3 infusions.
