Description
The special tea, grown in the Pindaya area in southern Shan State at an altitude of 1200m above sea level, is considered the finest tea in Myanmar. Here, local farmers, often small family communities, hand-pick the leaves with a deep respect for the land, which are then carefully processed using traditional methods. The large green, twisted leaves produce a clear yellow infusion after steeping. The aroma reveals woody notes, followed by nutty nuances reminiscent of pecans. The taste is slightly sweet.
Preparation
Use 12 g of the tea (approx. 6 even tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
