Description
The garden is located in Nilgiri at an altitude of 1900 m above sea level. The area where it is situated was originally settled by Scottish colonists, who found it reminiscent of their native Highlands. The tea factory exclusively produces green tea. The tea has a yellow-green infusion with consistent, small green leaves. The aroma and flavor blend umami and young peas with a slightly smoky finish.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 level tsp) per 1 l of water at the temperature of 70-80°C. Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 2-3 infusions.
