Preparation
Allow 2.5 g (approx. 2 heaped tsp) of the tea for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; strain and serve. Drink 1-2 times a day. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women.
Composition
Nettle leaves, elderflowers, sage tops, sea buckthorn berries, horsetail tops, Echinacea flowers.
