Description
The garden lies at an altitude of 1400 m above sea level on the eastern slopes of the Nilgiri, which gradually descend to the Arabian Sea. The local area known as Wynaad was famous in the past for gold mining. Abandoned shafts can still be seen today. The coarse black leaves create a brown-orange infusion. In the aroma and taste, one can discover cocoa husks and sweet lemon.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
