Description
This exceptional tea comes from the Yunnan province. The bud and first leaf are hand-picked and then rolled into a shape resembling a tea peony – hence the name “Peony”. The black, elongated leaves give an orange-brown infusion after steeping. The aroma and taste are dominated by sweet ripe orange and forest honey.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 5 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
