Description
Castleton Garden is located on the western slopes of the mountains, where the famous train to Darjeeling passes. At altitudes of 900–1830 m above sea level, some of the most famous Darjeeling teas have been produced here since 1885. The mixture of leaves in various shades of green creates a golden infusion with an aroma and taste that combines sweet white grapes with delicate jasmine.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 5 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
