Lemongrass is a plant native to Asia and has been part of Asian cuisine and traditional culture for centuries. In some countries, it was regarded as a plant that brings freshness and harmony to the home. It has a distinctive lemon-like flavour and a bright citrus aroma. It invigorates and stimulates the body and promotes the recovery of strength. According to current EU legislation, we cannot state the health effects of herbs.
Preparation
Allow 2.5 g (approx. 3 heaped tsp) of the herb for 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; sieve and serve. Drink 1-2 times a day according to the instructions for use, intended for children from 3 years and adults.
