Matcha Asagiri ORGANIC, 30 g

Discover the power and subtlety of ceremonial-grade matcha of the highest quality from Japan. BIO Matcha Asagiri is made from the youngest tea leaves, carefully stone-ground into a fine green powder. Matcha Asagiri is produced in the Kirishima region of Kagoshima Prefecture. The tea plants are grown in the shade, giving the matcha its naturally vibrant green colour, rich flavour, and silky texture. The aroma and taste are delicate, reminiscent of pistachios and well-ripened avocado. Perfect for both traditional tea ceremonies and modern preparation in a matcha shaker.Packed in an elegant 30 g tin and vacuum-sealed to preserve its freshness, aroma, and exceptional quality until the very last spoonful.

Put approx. 1 tsp of the powdered tea, best measured with a bamboo spoon (equal to ½ tsp), into a bowl or cup. Pour over with hot water at max. 80°C, then mix thoroughly with a bamboo whisk until smooth and frothy.
