Description
A hand-crafted tea from the innovative Tea Studio, established in 2018 in the Nilgiri Hills. Located at an altitude of 1,850 m a.s.l., it lies amid picturesque tea gardens. Harvesting here is truly unique - only the bud and the first leaf below it are plucked. The elongated, twisted black leaves yield a light brown liquor when infused. The sweet aroma of Turkish delight dominates, mirrored in the taste, which gently unfolds into notes of baked apple in the finish.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 5 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Strain and serve. Suitable for 1 infusion.
