Description
A blend of coffees from the Capoeira and Colonia dos Pinheiros farms located in the Sul de Minas region. The well-balanced composition reflects the specific taste profile of this terroir. In its taste and aroma, chocolate and nuts prevail, accompanied by a hint of apricot. The coffee exhibits delicate, decent acidity and a c reamy body.
Preparation
Select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
