This coffee is created by combining the production of the Capoeira and Colonia dos Pinheiros farms, located in the heart of the renowned Sul de Minas region – an area known for its consistent quality, smoothness and distinctly chocolatey terroir. The blend of carefully selected beans forms a balanced and harmonious composition that beautifully reflects the character of this part of Brazil.The beans are processed using the natural method, in which the coffee cherries are dried whole in the sun. This allows the coffee to retain the fullness, sweetness and rich aromatics typical of Brazilian coffees.In both aroma and flavour, chocolate and nuts dominate, accompanied by a gentle fruity note reminiscent of apricots. The coffee offers a delicate, mild acidity and a creamy body, making it smooth, pleasant and highly versatile.Brazil Santos Sul de Minas is an excellent choice for those who enjoy sweet, rounded and exceptionally well-balanced coffee.
Preparation
Select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
