Description
Discover the unique taste of coffee from Colombia, selected 100% Arabica from the famous growing regions of Huila and Nariño in southern Colombia. Thanks to the high altitude (1,500-2,000 m above sea level), volcanic soil and ideal climatic conditions, beans of exceptional quality are produced here. The Excelso designation means large and uniform beans that guarantee a balanced taste and rich aroma. The coffee beans are hand-picked and processed using the washed method. This coffee is a blend of the Castillo, Colombia and Caturra varieties, known for their rich flavor profile. The taste can be found in cocoa beans with a nutty and fruity note. The acidity is vibranty, the body is rich.
Preparation
Select the correct grind of coffee corresponding to the method for preparing your favourite type. For 100 ml of water allow 7 g of ground coffee. Use hot water of 93-94°C.
