Description
Korakundah, located at an altitude of 2500 m above sea level, boasts the title of the highest tea garden in the world. Its borders adjoin the Madhumallai Nature Reserve, which is home to a population of Bengal tigers. The yellow-orange infusion tea is made by steeping the elongated brown leaves. Dried plum and sandalwood complement each other in a balanced way in aroma and taste.
Preparation
Use 12 g of tea (approx. 6 heaped tsp) per 1 l of freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Then strain. Suitable for 1 infusion.
