Description
The leaves of nettle are among the long-valued herbs of European tradition. In old European folklore, nettle was regarded as a protective plant believed to ward off evil forces and storms. Nettle contributes towards normal function of the cardiovascular system and kidney function – excretion. It contributes towards natural immunity of the body. It invigorates the body. It is advised to follow a varied and balanced died and healthy lifestyle. According to current EU legislation, we cannot state the health effects of herbs.
Preparation
Use 2 g (approx. 2 heaped tsp) of the herb per 250 ml of freshly boiled water and leave it to infuse for 8-10 minutes; then strain. Drink 1-2 times a day according to the instructions for use, intended for children from 3 years and adults.
